Abstract: ABSTRACT Yuana Alifa Tasya, NPM: 71210312177, The Effect of Empowerment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Navigation District Office Type A Class I Belawan. Guided by H. Bakhtiar, S.E., M.Si. as Supervisor I, and Dr. Zulkifli Siregar.,S.E., M.Si. as Supervisor II.Skripsi.2025 The formulation of this research is how the Effect of Empowerment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Navigation District Office Type A Class I Belawan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze Empowerment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Navigation District Office Type A Class I Belawan. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this study were 60 employees. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and t test. The test results simultaneously show that empowerment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance variables at the Type A Navigation District Office Class I Belawan with a coefficient of determination of 1%. Partially, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Navigation District Office Type A Class I Belawan with a regression coefficient value of 1%, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Navigation District Office Type A Class I Belawan with a regression coefficient value of 1%. The highest regression coefficient value is work motivation. Keywords: Empowerment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
