dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational culture and salary on employee performance at PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources through questionnaires with five Likert scales. The respondents in this study were 82 employees of PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera with total sampling. Data processing in this research used SPSS 26.0. The results of this research indicate that organizational culture and salary have an influence on employee performance. The R Square value of the variables studied is 0.963, there is a remaining 0.037 which has not been studied. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Salary, Employee Performance | en_US |
