dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Rezky Ramadhan Tgr, NPM: 71190312124, Title: The Influence of Training and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri Medan., Supervised by: Yusrita, S.E., M.M as Supervisor I, and Syafrizal, S.E., M.M as Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of training and leadership style on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and leadership style on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was 78 people and the sample in this study was 78 people using saturated sampling. The data source for this research uses primary data, namely sources recorded directly by researchers through the results of questionnaires and interviews regarding issues relating to training and leadership styles on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
