Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Performance. PT. Lestari Alam Segar is a company engaged in the food industry incorporated in one of the largest companies in Indonesia, namely Wings Group. From the initial survey, it is known that weaknesses in employee performance are seen from the high level of employee absenteeism that can affect company performance. The problem studied is how discipline, work supervision and employee performance, whether there is an influence of discipline and work supervision on work performance. This study aims to find out and analyze how discipline, work supervision and performance of PT. Lestari Alam Segar, to know and analyze the influence of discipline and work supervision on the performance of PT. Preserve Fresh Nature either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Lestari Alam Segar as many as 45 people and also the sample as many as 45 people. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely work supervision (X1) and discipline (X2) and dependent variables, namely employee performance (Y). The data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation methods. The data analysis methods used in this study are percentage descriptive analysis methods and linear regression analysis The results of the study from the percentage descriptive calculation showed that the discipline variable with an average score of 69.47% was included in the sufficient category, the work supervision variable with an average score of 77.92% was included in the high category, and the employee performance variable of 72.75% was included in the high category, using SPSS 22 obtained a multiple regression equation Ŷ = 8.592 + 0.244X1 + 0.678X2. The result of the F test shows F count = 71.494 with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means H3 which reads "There is a significant influence of discipline and work supervision on the performance of PT. Lestari Alam Segar" accepted. The partial test results of the discipline variable obtained t count = 2,680 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 this means that H1 which states "there is a significant influence of discipline on employee performance" is accepted, from the work supervision variable obtained tcalculate = 8,727 with a significance value between 0.000 < 0, The stated "there is a significant effect of work supervision on employee performance" is accepted. The coefficient of determination simultaneously supervises work on discipline and jointly affects the performance of PT. Lestari Alam Segar by 65%, partially discipline affects employee performance by (0.297)2 or 8.8%, and work supervision affects employee performance by (0.712)2 or 50.69%.
