Abstract: | ii ABSTRAK Muhammad Akbar Utama, NPM: 71190312036, Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dibimbing oleh: Bapak Dr. Supar Wasesa., S.E., M.M. sebagai pembimbing I, dan Bapak M. Tahir., S.E., M.M sebagai pembimbing II. Skripsi, 2023 Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Data diukur atau diolah menggunakan SPSS, dengan sampel yang menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 51 orang menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Undergraduate Thesis, 2023 The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out how work motivation influences employee performance. How does the work environment influence employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province. The methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data was measured or processed using SPSS, with a sample using a questionnaire distributed to 51 people showing that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
