Terkait Isu pungutan liat di kantor desa perlu adanya perubahan budaya di dalam penyelengaraan pelayanan public seperti halnya istansi-instansi yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat perlu adanya suatu perubahan guna dapat mebenahi citra negative yang selama ini terlanjut melekat di benak masyarakat. Ini merupakan tantangan bagi para penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang mana sejauh ini belum berjalan secara maksimal karena pada kenyataannya opini public yang negative atas kinerja penyelenggara pelayanan public masih terus terdengar.2 Begitu dengan humas di kantor desa pematang setrak di harapkan untuk sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat menjalankan kegiatan untuk mengetahui pentingnya melakukan tindak cegah pungli. dalam fungsi masyarakat pematang setrak, bahwasannya kantor desa di hari ini masih kurangnya trasparan kepada masyarakat dengan melihat kantor desa memandang perlu adanya upaya pemberantasan secara tegas, terpadu,efektif,efisien, dan mampu meninmbulkan efek jera terhadap pelaku pungli. daam upaya pemberantasan pungutan liat itu.
