Abstract: ABSTRACT Rudi Hartono, NPM: 71190312219, The Influence of Workload and Work Environment on Employee Work Performance. Pt Iss Indonesia Deli Serdang. Supervised by Dr.H. Nur M Ridha Tarigan, S.E., M.M, as supervisor I and Ilham Sonata, S.E., M.M, as supervisor II, Thesis 2023. This research explores the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT ISS Indonesia Deli Serdang. The results of data analysis show that individual workload and work environment have a significant effect on work performance, with an increase in workload tending to have a negative impact, while a supportive work environment can improve employee performance. Together, workload and work environment also influence work performance. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence employee work performance and suggests company management pay attention to these aspects in order to improve employee performance and job satisfaction. The formulation of the problem in this research is how leadership style influences employee performance, how work motivation influences employee performance and the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance, to determine and analyze leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 48 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
