Abstract: ABSTRACT Rizky Ananda Pabelka, 71190312114, The Influence of Leadership and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PTPN V Tanjung Medan Oil Palm Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Thesis, 2023 The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of leadership on the performance of PTPN V Tanjung Medan Palm Oil Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, how does work stress affect the performance of PTPN V Tanjung Medan Palm Oil Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, how does leadership influence and stress work on the performance of employees of PTPN V Palm Oil Plantation Tanjung Medan, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PTPN V Tanjung Medan Palm Oil Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 64 people and all populations were used as samples. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The test method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence of the Leadership variable on the employee performance variables of PTPN V Tanjung Medan Palm Oil Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. There is a significant influence of work stress variable on employee performance variable of PTPN V Palm Oil Plantation Tanjung Medan, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Leadership and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PTPN V Tanjung Medan Palm Oil Plantation, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
