This study aims to explore the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance. By involving 31 employees as a sample, data analysis used a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression. The results showed that work conflicts had a significant effect on employee performance, as well as work stress. Furthermore, the joint contribution of work conflict and work stress also has a significant impact on employee performance. The implication is that organizational management needs to pay attention to conflict management and work stress as a strategy to improve employee performance and achieve a more productive work environment. This research contributes to the understanding of the complex interactions between these factors within the context of organizational work. Keywords: Work Conflict, Work Stress, Employee Performance
