So that the productivity produced by employees does not match the company'sexpectations. This research aims to determine the influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel Medan, to determine the influence of work experience on the performance of 12 employees at the Grand Inna Hotel Medan, to determine the influence of intellectual intelligence and work experience on employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel Medan. This research method uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire data collection tool and a research sample of 48 employees with statistical data analysis usingSPSS. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel Medan. There is a significant influence of work experience on employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel Medan. There is a significant influence between intellectual intelligence and work experience simultaneously on the performance of Grand Inna Hotel Medan employees with an influence level of 90.3% Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Work Experience and Work Experienceen_US
