Abstract: ABSTRACT Donald Frensius Pasaribu, 71190312203, The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Medan Branch. Dr. Supar Wasesa, S.E, M.M. as Advisor I and Syafrizal, S.E., M.M as Advisor II. Human resource management within the company is a part that is interrelated with employee performance. The diversity of employees owned will raise various problems, both among co-workers and between employees and leaders. Good management in solving these problems will be able to affect the performance of employees in completing their responsibilities. How to ensure the availability of employees who have high performance in carrying out their work in accordance with predetermined standards is one of the important issues faced by company management. Research conducted at PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Branch of Medan which aims to know and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on performance both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies as well as distributing questionnaires with a sample of 143 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. Simultaneous test results show that job satisfaction and work environment affect performance. The partial test results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance.
