Abstract: ABSTRACT Angga Priya Wardana, NPM: 71190312218, The Influence of Compensation, Health and Safety on the Performance of Employees at the Distrik Navigasi Type A Kelas I Belawan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut Kementerian Perhubungan. Guided by Dr. Supar Wasesa, SE., MM as supervisor I, and Mr. Syafrizal, SE., MM as supervisor II, Skripsi – 2023 The problem in this research is: How does compensation and K3 affect employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and K3 on employee performance. By using the Slovin formula, the sample consisted of 63 people and the analysis used Regresi Linier Berganda. The research results show that; Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance of 6.593 and a significance value of 0.000; K3 partially has a positive effect on employee performance of 4.768 and a significance value of 0.000; Compensation and K3 simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance with an F count of 28.784 and a significance value of 0.000 Keywords : Compensation; K3; Employee Performance
