Abstract: ABSTRAK Nurul Yolanda, NPM : 71190312102, Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Dibimbing Oleh Dr. Supriadi.,S.E.,M.M.,M.Si Sebagai Pembimbing I Dan Syahrizal.,S.E.,M.M.Sebagai Pembimbing II Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Kuesioner yang diterima kembali dari responden sebanyak 30 kuesioner. Variabel diukur dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama (multiple) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja . As Advisor II. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the work environment influences employee performance. How does the influence of motivation on employee performance. How does the work environment and motivation affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. To determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance . The research method used in this study was quantitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 30 people using simple random sampling. Questionnaires received back from respondents as many as 30 questionnaires. Variables are measured by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and T test. The results of this research test is that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bureau of Economics of the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bureau of the Economy of the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. Work environment and motivation together (multiple) have a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Performance
