Abstract: ABSTRAK Monica Karnain Nasution, Npm : 71190312057, Judul : Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan Dibimbing Oleh : Dr. H. Nur. M. Ridha Tarigan, S.E ., M.M Sebagai Pembingan I, Dan Syafrizal S.E ., M.M, Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit haji umum medan. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pegaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuhi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel mengunkan metode slovin yang di mana apabilah propulasi lebih dari 100 maka jumlah populasi yang jadikan sampel ambil acak, dan terdapat sampel penelitian berjumlah 69 sampel. Teknik analisis penelitian ini metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukan Bahwa Variabel Lingkungan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan sinifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan, variabel Motivasi Kerja Positif dan sinifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan, dan variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja positif dan sinifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah SakitUmum Haji Medan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Medan Hajj General Hospital. And this study aims to find out how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Medan Hajj General Hospital. The sampling technique uses the slovin method where if the propulsion bar is more than 100, the number of populations used as samples is taken randomly, and there are 69 research samples. This research analysis technique uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Medan Haji General Hospital employees, the work motivation variable is positive and significant on the employee performance of the Medan Haji General Hospital, and the work environment and work motivation variables are positive and significant on the performance of the Hospital employees Medan Hajj General Hospital.
