Abstract: ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR TEKS BIOGRAFI BERBASIS ETNIS MELAYU BERBANTUAN APLIKASI UNTUK MELIHAT RESPON SISWA KELAS X SMK TARBIYAH ISLAMIYAH Siti Khairia Sapitri Email : Sitikhari2712@gmail.com Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar berupa buku teks pada materi teks biografi berbasis etnis Melayu berbantuan aplikasi powtoon. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Thiagarajan (1974) yaitu 4-D. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 91 siswa SMK TKJ Tarbiyah Islamiyah dan sampel 43 siswa X TKJ-1. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jenis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa skor angket berkaitan dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan serta masukan atau komentar validator. Hasil persentase validasi ahli materi yaitu validator I dengan persentase 71%, dan validator II dengan persentase 82%. Hasil persentase validasi ahli desain yaitu validator I dengan persentase 75% dan validator II dengan persentase 71%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar buku teks valid dan layak diuji cobakan di sekolah. Bahan ajar buku teks diuji cobakan di sekolah SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah dengan sampel yaitu kelas X TKJ-1, reson guru dengan presantase 95%. Data yang dperoleh dari hasil angket respon siswa yang terdiri dari hasil uji coba perorangan 91% yang dikategorikan “Sangat Memuaskan”, hasil uji coba terbatas 93% yang dikategorikan “Sangat Memuaskan” dan hasil uji coba lebih luas 91% dengan kategori “Sangat Memuaskan.” Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar valid dan layak digunakan di sekolah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar teks biografi berbasis etnis Melayu yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. The method is Research and Development (R&D) with the development model of Thiagarajan (1974) or known as 4-D. The population in this study were 91 students of SMK TKJ Tarbiyah Islamiyah and the sample was 43 students of X TKJ-1. This study used the purposive sampling technique with qualitative and quantitative data types. The data in this study were questionnaires related to predetermined criteria and validator's input or comments. The results of material expert validation are validator I (71%) and validator II (82%). The results of design expert validation are validator I (75%) and validator II (71%). These data indicated that the textbook teaching materials are valid and worthy to be tested in schools. Textbook teaching materials were tested in the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Vocational School with a sample of class X TKJ-1, and the teacher’s responses as 95%. The data obtained from the results of the student response questionnaire consisting of 91% individual trial results categorized as "Very Satisfactory", 93% limited trial results categorized as "Very Satisfactory" and 91% wider trial results with the "Very Satisfactory" category. ” These data indicated that the teaching materials are valid and suitable to be used in schools. Then it can be concluded that the Malay ethnic-based biographical text teaching materials are very suitable to be used in the learning process.
