dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Office of the SubDistrict Head (Camat) in Medan Marelan. The research was conducted using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to the employees in the office. The research sample consisted of employees at various hierarchical levels. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Inclusive, supportive, and empowerment-oriented leadership styles tend to enhance their performance. Additionally, work motivation has also been proven to have a significant impact on employee performance. Employees who feel motivated tend to exhibit better performance.
