Abstract

Nur M Ridha Tarigan, S.E., M.M., Sebagai pembimbing I dan Syafrizal, S.E., M.M., Sebagai pembimbing II, Skripsi 2023. This study explores the impact of motivation and work facilities on police performance at the Medan Labuan Police Station. Using survey methods and questionnaires of police on duty in the region, the results of data analysis showed that motivation and work facilities had a significant positive influence on police performance. These findings make an important contribution to the understanding of factors affecting police performance and highlight the importance of attention to motivation as well as the provision of adequate work facilities. The practical implication is that police agencies and stakeholders can improve management policies and practices to increase police motivation and ensure the availability of adequate work facilities. Thus, this research provides a foundation for strategic improvements in human resource management and work environment management to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of police performance in the field.
