dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Eko Kuncoro Syahda, NPM: 71190312171, The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at the Belawan Main Port Authority Office. Supervised by Dr.T.Ahmad Helmi, SE.,M.Si as advisor I and Julkarnain,S.Ag.,S.E.,M.M as supervisor II, Thesis 2023. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, how the influence of organizational satisfaction on organizational commitment and the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, to know and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to know and analyze organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The sample in this study amounted to 48 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
