Abstract

ABSTRACT Sindi Purwasih, NPM: 71190313012, Title: Analysis of Budget Realization to Assess the Effectiveness of Budget Performance in Class I Belawan Navigation District, Guided by: Lusi Elviani Rangkuti, S.E., M.Si. as Supervisor I, and Farida Khairani Lubis, S.E., M.Si. as Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023. This research aims to analyze budget realization to assess the effectiveness of budget performance in the Belawan Class I Navigation District in 2019-2022. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The sampel in this research in the 2019-2022 report in the Belawan Class I Navigation District. The data source used in this research is budget realization report data. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and interview techniques. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of the performance of the Belawan Class I Navigation District obtained results, namely in 2019-2022 the budget of the Belawan Class I Navigation District increased and decreased, but from the results of the study and from existing data, budget management in the Belawan Class I Navigation District can be said to be quite effective because the data reached a value above 90%.
