Abstract: ABSTRAK FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PEMANEN KELAPA SAWIT PADA PT. SURYAMAS CIPTA PERKASA DI KECAMATAN SEBANGAU KUALA KABUPATEN PULANG PISAU PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH Turnover intention yang tinggi akan berdampak negatif bagi organisasi, seperti menciptakan ketidakstabilan dan ketidakpastian kondisi tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawan terhadap variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap niat keluar karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. SCP. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS SEM. Faktor internal pada status pekerja, umur pekerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan. Faktor eksternal pada gaji dan premi, sarana pendukung, pimpinan, dan indeks kemudahan panen berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan karena nilai statistik t sebesar 2.203 Gaji dan premi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, ditunjukkan dengan statistik t sebesar 2.609 indeks kemudahan panen berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. nilai t statistik sebesar 5.397 kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, nilai t statistik sebesar 2.302 motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, nilai t statistik sebesar 2.346 pempinan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, nilai t statistik sebesar 4.960 sarana pendukung berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, nilai t statistik sebesar 3.648 status pekerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, nilai t statistik sebesar 2.496 umur pekerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Dalam upaya mengurangi turnover implikasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, sarana pendukung dan kemudahan bekerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan, menjadi pimpinan yg baik, memotivasi pekerja dan menciptakan kesadaran kepada perusahaan bahwa karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memajukan perusahaan. SURYAMAS CIPTA PERKASA IN SEBANGAU KUALA DISTRICT, PULANG PISAU REGENCY, CENTRAL KALIMANTAN PROVINCE High turnover rates will have a detrimental effect on the organization, such as making work conditions unstable and unclear. The goal of this study is to examine the variables that have the biggest impact on employee turnover intention and the factors that affect those variables. This investigation was done at PT. SCP. There were 88 responses in the samples. Using PLS SEM, analyze data. Employee turnover is influenced internally by worker age, job happiness, worker status, and work incentive. Employee turnover is impacted by external factors such as compensation and benefits, auxiliary infrastructure, leadership, and the harvesting index since the t statistic value is 2,203. According to the t statistic of 2,609, which shows that the ease of harvesting index has an impact, salaries and premiums have an impact on turnover intention. A statistical t value of 5,397 job satisfaction has an impact on turnover intention. A statistical t value of 2,302 work motivation has an impact on turnover intention. A statistical t value of 2,346 work leadership has an impact on turnover intention. A statistical t value of 4,960 supporting facilities has an impact on turnover intention. A statistical t value of 3,648 employee status has an impact on turnover intention. Increase job satisfaction, support services, and ease of work provided to employees, become a good leader, inspire employees, and raise awareness within the company that employees have a very important role in the advancement of the company are all steps that can be taken in an effort to reduce turnover.
