Abstract: | RINGKASAN Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di lahan percobahan UPT. Benih Induk Palawija Tanjung Selamat, Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Lokasi ini berada pada ketinggian 50 mdpl. Penelitihan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 s/d Maret 2022. Penelitihan ini dibimbing oleh bapak Ir. Aldy Waridha, M.P sebagai ketua pembimbing dan ibu Ir. Fenty Maimunah Simbolon, M.P sebagai anggota pembimbing. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu aplikasi pestisida nabatiekstrak lengkuas (A,galanga) terhadap hama perusak daun dan polong kedelai serta penyakit karat daun pada tanaman kedelai (Glycine max. L ). Penelitihan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial dengan perlakuan pemberian pestisida ekstrak biji sirsak dan pestisida sintetik sebagai pembanding dengan 5 taraf perlakuan yaitu, W0 ( Kontrol/ Tanpa Perlakuan), W1 (Ekstrak Lengkuas Kosentrasi 0,5% Interval Aplikasi 1 Minggu Sekali), W2 (Ekstrak Lengkuas Kosentrasi 0,5% Interval Aplikasi 2 Minggu Sekali), W3 (Ekstrak Lengkuas Kosentrasi 0,5% Interval Aplikasi 3 Minggu Sekali) dan W4 (Ekstrak Lengkuas Kosentrasi 0,5% Interval Aplikasi 4 Minggu Sekali). Parameter yang diamati adalah intensitas kerusakan daun, Intesitas serangan penyakit karat daun, persentase kerusakan polong, persentase kerusakan biji, Berat bobot 100 biji kering per (g). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan waktu pemberian ekstrak biji sirsak berpengaruh nyata terhadap intensitas kerusakan daun, serangan penyakit karat daun pada umur 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 dan 10 MST dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap penyakit karat daun pada umur 3 dan 4 MST, akan tetapi persentase kerusakan polong dan biji, produksi berat bobot biji kering (g) berpengaruh nyata, diketaui pada interval aplikasi pestisida botani biji sirsak 1 minggu lebih efektif dari pada interval aplikasi 2 minggu dan aplikasi pestisida botani sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor cuaca dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci : Tanaman Kedelai, Pestisida Botani, Ekstrak Lengkuas SUMMARY This research has been carried out in the experimental area of UPT. Tanjung Selamat Palawija, Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This location is at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level. This research was carried out in December 2021 to March 2022. This research was supervised by Mr. Ir. Aldy Waridha, M.P as the head supervisor and Mrs. Ir. Fenty Maimunah Simbolon, M.P as a supervising member. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the time of application of vegetable pesticide extracts of galangal (A, galanga) on soybean leaf and pod destroyer pests and leaf rust disease on soybean plants (Glycine max. L ). This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) with the treatment of soursop seed extract pesticide and synthetic pesticides as a comparison with 5 levels of treatment, namely, W0 (Control / No Treatment), W1 (Gengkuas Extract Concentration 0.5% Application Interval 1 Week Once), W2 (Galling Extract 0.5% Concentration Once in 2 Weeks Application), W3 (Galgaas Extract 0.5% Concentration Once in 3 Weeks Application) and W4 (Galgaas Extract Concentration Once in 4 Weeks Application) . Parameters observed were intensity of leaf damage, intensity of leaf rust disease, percentage of pod damage, percentage of seed damage, weight of 100 dry seeds per (g). The results of statistical analysis showed that the time of administration of soursop seed extract had a significant effect on the intensity of leaf damage, leaf rust disease at the age of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 WAP and had no significant effect on leaf rust disease at the age of 3 and 4 MST, but the percentage of pod and seed damage, the production of dry seed weight (g) had a significant effect, it was known that the 1 week interval of application of botanical pesticides on soursop seeds was more effective than the application interval of 2 weeks and the application of botanical pesticides was strongly influenced by weather and environmental factors. environment.
