Abstract: | Analisis Pemasaran Wortel ( Daucuscarota ) di Desa Merdeka, Kecamatan Merdeka, Kabupaten Karo Heru Maulana Haris,Dr. Lindawati, SP.M.Si, Hj Henny Pratiwi, SP.MM Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana alur pemasaran wortel serta tingkat efisiensinya di Desa Merdeka,Kecamatan Merdeka, Kabuapaten Karo. . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel slovin. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara. Untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari pihak kedua berupa jurnal, buku, lembaga, instansi terkait dan literatur yang terkait. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus margin pemasaran, farmer’s share dan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Desa Merdeka terdapat tiga rantai pasok yaitu : Petani – Pengecer – Konsumen, Petani – Pengepul – Pengecer – Konsumen, Petani – Agen – Pengepul – Pengecer – Konsumen, dengan margin pemasaran wortel pemasaran pertama sebesar Rp 4.480/ Kg, saluran kedua sebesar Rp 5.050/Kg sedangkan saluran ketiga sebesar Rp 5.375/Kg. Farmer’s share saluran 1 farmer share yang di peroleh petani sebesar 44%, pada saluran 2 dan 3 farmer share yang di terima petani sebesar 36%. Dan efisiensi saluran 1 efisiensinya sebesar 16,50%, sedangkan untuk saluran 2 efisiensinya sebesar 18,47% dan untuk saluran 3 efisiensinya sebesar 21,82% yang artinya dari ketiga saluran tersebut saluran pertama yang lebih efisien dibandingkan dari saluran dua dan tiga. The sample used in this study was 30 respondents using the slovin sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews. For secondary data obtained from second parties in the form of journals, books, institutions, related agencies and related literature. Data analysis techniques using marketing margin formulas, farmer's share and efficiency. The results of this study indicate that in Merdeka Village there are three supply chains, namely: Farmers – Retailers – Consumers, Farmers – Collectors – Retailers – Consumers, Farmers – Agents – Collectors – Retailers – Consumers, with a marketing margin of carrots for the first marketing of IDR 4,480/Kg, the second channel is IDR 5,050/Kg while the third channel is IDR 5,375/Kg. Farmer's share on channel 1 the farmer share obtained by farmers is 44%, on channels 2 and 3 the farmer share received by farmers is 36%. And the efficiency of channel 1 is 16.50%, while for channel 2 the efficiency is 18.47% and for channel 3 the efficiency is 21.82%, which means that of the three channels the first channel is more efficient than channels two and three.
