Objective : To determine the influence of wudhu on acne vulgaris in Bustanul Arifin Bener Meriah Integrated Dayah students. Methods : This research is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional study design (cross-sectional). The number of research samples was 60 people who were taken using the Total Sampling method and the data was taken through a questionnaire that was directly filled in, so that the data collected was primary. Univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi square. Results : From 60 samples, 24 people did not occur with acne vulgaris, 9 people rarely performed wudhu (37.5%), 15 people frequently performed wudhu (62.5%), and 16 experienced mild acne vulgaris, people who rarely perform wudhu are 4 people (25%) and who frequently perform wudhu are 12 people (75%), those with moderate acne vulgaris are 11 people, 8 people who rarely perform wudhu are 8 people (72.7%) and who frequently perform wudhu are 3 people (27.3%), and those with severe acne vulgaris were 9 people who rarely performed wudhu as many as 9 (100%) and who frequently performed wudhu were 0 people (0%) and the statistical test results showed p value = 0.001 (p < 0,05). Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between wudhu and acne vulgaris in Bustanul Arifin Bener Meriah Integrated Dayah students.
