dc.description.abstract | vii ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kemampuan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Prima Sauhur Lestari. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kemampuan. Sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar pada para karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Prima Sauhur Lestari. Jumlah sampel yang datanya berhasil diolah sebanyak 128 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah sensus yang artinya jumlah seluruh karyawan yang ada semuanya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis variabel motivasi kerja dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (6,087) > ttabel (1,979), untuk variabel kompensasi ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (1,490) < ttabel (1,979) dan untuk variabel kemampuan ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (1,578) < ttabel (1,979) . Sedangkan hasil uji F untuk variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kemampuan secara simultan ditunjukkan dengan nilai fhitung (21,254) > ftabel (2,680). Jadi, hasil uji t memperlihatkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sauhur Lestari. Sementara variabel kompensasi dan kemampuan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sauhur Lestari. Kemudian, hasil uji F memperlihatkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kemampuan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sauhur Lestari. Prima Sahur Lestari. The independent variables used in this study are work motivation, compensation and ability. While the dependent variable is employee work productivity. The data source in this study is primary data with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to employees who work at PT. Prima Sahur Lestari. The number of samples whose data was successfully processed was 128 people. The sampling technique used is a census, which means that the total number of existing employees is all used as a research sample. The results of testing the hypothesis of work motivation variable in this study are indicated by the value of tcount (6.087) > ttable (1.979), for the compensation variable is indicated by the value of tcount (1.490) < ttable (1.979) and for the capability variable is indicated by the value of tcount (1.578) <ttable (1,979) . While the results of the F test for the variables of work motivation, compensation and ability are simultaneously indicated by the value of fcount (21.254) > ftable (2.680). So, the results of the t test show that the work motivation variable partially influences the work productivity of employees at PT. Prima Sahur Lestari. While the compensation and ability variables partially do not affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Prima Sahur Lestari. Then, the results of the F test show that the variables of work motivation, compensation and ability simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at PT. Prima Sahur Lestari.
