dc.description.abstractABSTRAK SYAHRINA ZAHRA LUBIS, NPM: 71190312175, Judul : Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Arma Anugerah Abadi Medan, Dibimbing oleh : H. Edi Sofian SE., M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I, dan M. Tahir, SE., MM sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Apakah beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Apakah motivasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Arma Anugerah Abadi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis kuantitatif, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Arma Anugerah Abadi Medan. Does the workload affect the performance of employee performance. Does motivation and workload affect employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and workload on employee performance at PT. Arma Anugerah Abadi. The sample in this study amounted to 52 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The method used in this study is the classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test, quantitative analysis, multiple regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study it was found that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and workload had a significant effecton employee performance of PT.
