dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Sari Kartika, NPM : 71190312018, Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Serbangan, Dibimbing oleh Dr., Sri Gustina Pane., S.E., Msi Sebagai Dosen Pembimbing I, dan Ismail Nasution., S.E.,MM Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Serbangan. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Serbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Serbangan. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode total sampling yang mana apabila populasi kurang dari 100 maka jumlah populasi seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Data primer pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner, pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert dan di oleh secara statistic dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 23. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji T, uji F, dan uji determinasi (R2). Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Binjai Serbangan dimana thitung 7,912. Pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Binjai Serbangan sebesar thitung 4, 913. Pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Binjai Serbangan dimana fhitung 31, 432. Selanjutnya R Square yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0, 663 menunjukan sekitar 66,3% pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan stres kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kinerja. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ikut diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work facilities and work stress on employee performance at the Binjai Serbangan Health Center. This Study aims to find out how the effect of work facilities and work stress on employee performance at the Binjai Serbangan Health Center. The sampling technique used is to use the total sampling method where if the population is less than 100 then the entire population is used as a sample. And the sample in this study amounted to 35 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method. Primary data in this study were obtained by reading a questionnaire, measuring using a likert scale and statiscally analyzing it using the SPSS Version 23 program. The tests carried out were validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The classic assumption test consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and multiple linear regression test. The hypothesis testing used in this study is the T test, F test, and determination test (R2). The effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Binjai Serbangan Health Center where thitung is 7,912. The effect of work stress on employee performance ata the Binjai Serbangan Health Center is thitung 4,913. The effect of work facilities and work stress on employee performance at the Binjai Serbangan Health Center where fhitung is 31,432 furthermore, the R Square obtained is equal to 0,663 indicating that around 66,3% the effect of work facilities and work stress can be explained by performance variables.
