dc.description.abstractABSTRAK SANTI LINA HULU, NPM : 71180312157, Pengaruh Sikap Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Puskemas Pekan Labuhan. Dibimbing oleh Dr.Supar Wasesa,SE.,M.M. sebagai Pembimbing I, serta Syahfrizal,S.E.,M.M. sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi-2022. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Sikap Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh Sikap Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Sikap Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Sikap Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Variabel di ukur dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji F dan uji T. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work attitudes on employee performance. How does work motivation affect employee performance? How do work attitudes and work motivation affect employee performance? The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work attitudes on employee performance. To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. To find out and analyze Work Attitude and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Variables were measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and T test.
