dc.description.abstractii ABSTRAK RISKA NOVIYANTI, 71160312002A, Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank BTN (PERSERO) Medan, Tbk, Skripsi. 2022 Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kemampuan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan kemampuan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan. Jumlah sampel dengan sebanyak 55 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisoner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT RISKA NOVIYANTI, 71160312002A, The Influence of Work Ability, Work Experience and Job Training on Employee Performance at Bank BTN (PERSERO) Medan, Tbk, Thesis. 2022 The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ability, work experience and job training have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work ability, work experience and job training on the performance of Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan. The number of samples with as many as 55 employees. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive effect of work ability on employee performance, there is a significant and positive effect of work experience on employee performance, there is a significant and positive effect of job training on employee performance, tests carried out simultaneously indicate that work ability, work experience and Job training has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BTN Persero Tbk Medan Keywords: Work Ability, Work Experience, Job Training and Employee Performanceen_US
