dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Nadia Putri Mulia, NPM : 71190312052, Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan. Dibimbing oleh : Bapak Dr. Supriadi.,S.E.,M.M.,M.Si sebagai pembimbing I, dan Ibu Sri Elny.,S.E.,M.M sebagai pembimbing II. Skripsi, 2023. Rumusan masalahdalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Data-data diukur atau diolah menggunakan SPSS, dengan sampel yang menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 83 orang karyawan pada PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Medan.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kecerdasan emosional dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bank Medan Head.The method used in this research is to test the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data were measured or processed using SPSS, with a samplse used a questionnaire which was distributed to 83 employes at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head. The results of this research indicate that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on employes perfomance. The work experience variable has a positive significant effect on employes perfomance.
