Abstract: ABSTRAK Muhammad Raihan Dzaky, NPM: 71190312113, Judul : Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Indah Yatama Medan, Dibimbing Oleh: Dr. Supriadi., S.E., M.M., M.Si Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Fauzi., S.E., M.M Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi: 2022 PT Indah Yatama Medan merupakan perusahaan jasa bidang pengiriman barang dan paket, melalui via darat, laut dan udara dengan tujuan seluruh propinsi dan kabupaten yang ada di Indonesia, serta melayani pengiriman barang dan dokumen ke luar negeri. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan manajer PT Indah Yatama Medan diketahui bahwa tingkat pencapaian kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indah Yatama Medan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F serta uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu motivasi berkontribusi positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berkontribusi positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indah Yatama Medan. Based on the results of an interview with the manager of PT Indah Yatama Medan, it is known that the level of employee performance achievement has decreased. Factors that affect employee performance are motivation and work environment. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of PT Indah Yatama Medan employees. Theampelous used in the study totaled 30 employees. Teknik data collection was carried out with questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used are instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests with t tests and F tests and determination coefficient tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the activation contributes positively and has a significant effect on employee performance, l the work environment contributes positively but does not have a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indah Yatama Medan.
