dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Gunawan, NPM: 71190312006, Judul : Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan, Dibimbing Oleh: Hj. Sri Elny., S.E., M.M Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Syafrizal., S.E., M.M Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi: 2022 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan yang berjumlah 248 orang. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin maka sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan dan parsial serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis data dan pengolahan data tentang pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan adalah (1) Kompetensi berkontribusi positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (2) Lingkungan kerja berkontribusi positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (3) Kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Carefastindo Medan dengan Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,788. Artinya bahwa variabel kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan variasi dari kinerja karyawan sebesar 78,8%. The population in this study was employees of PT Carefastindo Medan which amounted to 248 people. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample to be used in this study is 71 people. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous and partial tests and coefficients of determination. Hasil data analysis and data processing on the effect of competence and work environment on the performance of PT Carefastindo Medan employees is (1) Competence contributes positively and has a significant effect on the performance of PT Carefastindo Medan employees with a significance value of 0.000. (2) The work environment contributes positively and has a significant effect on the performance of PT Carefastindo Medan employees with a significance value of 0.000. (3) Competence and work environment together have a significant influence on the performance of PT Carefastindo Medan employees with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.788. This means that the variables of competence and work environment are able to explain the variation of employee performance by 78.8%.
