Abstract: | ABSTRAK Faisal Abdau Nasution, 71190312082, Pengaruh Sikap Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa Kinerja merupakan suatu fungsi dari motivasi dan kemampuan. Untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan seseorang sepatutnya memiliki derajat kesediaan dan tingkat kemampuan tertentu. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa, Bagaimana pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa, bagaimana pengaruh sikap kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa yang berjumlah 119 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah 96 karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Metode pengujian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif variabel Sikap Kerja (X1) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang ditunjukkan nilai tSikap Kerja = 2,597 sedangkan ttabel dengan dk 96 sebesar 1,661 maka thitung > ttabel (2,957>1,661) dengan demikian secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Sikap Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel dan Pengembangan Karir (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja karyawan (Y) yang ditunjukkan Pengembangan Karir diperoleh tPengalaman Kerja = 1,790 sedangkan ttabel dengan dk 96 sebesar 1,661 maka thitung > t tabel (1,790>,1661) dengan demikian secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Sikap Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini juga berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sikap Kerja (X1) dan Pengembangan Karir (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 8,185 sedangkan nilai F-tabel (terlampir) dengan dk pembilang 2 dan dk penyebut 96 adalah sebesar 2,31 dimana F-hitung > Ftabel (8,185 > 2,31) maka dapat disebutkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (multiple) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Sikap Kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja 119 karyawan Kata kunci : Sikap Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, KinerjaABSTRACT Faisal Abdau Nasution, 71190312082, The Effect of Work Attitudes and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Nusantara Plantation II Tanjung Morawa Performance is a function of motivation and ability. To complete a task or job a person should have a certain degree of willingness and level of ability. The formulation of the research problem is how the influence of work attitudes on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa, How does career development affect the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa, how does the influence of work attitudes and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation II Tanjung Morawa. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa, totaling 119 people and 96 employees as samples. This research approach is an associative approach with quantitative data types. The test method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a positive effect of the Work Attitude variable (X1) on the Employee Performance variable (Y), which is shown by the value of t Work Attitude = 2.597 while ttable with dk 96 is 1.661, so tcount > ttable (2.957> 1.661) thus partially significant influence between work attitudes on employee performance. There is a positive influence of the variable and Career Development (X2) on the employee performance variable (Y) indicated by Career Development obtained t Work Experience = 1.790 while t table with dk 96 is 1.661 then t count > t table (1,790 >, 1661) thus partially there is influence significant relationship between work experience and employee performance. There is a significant influence between Work Attitude and Career Development on employee performance, this is also based on tests conducted simultaneously showing that the variables Work Attitude (X1) and Career Development (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Nusantara Plantation II Tanjung Morawa. With an F-count value of 8.185 while the F-table (attached) with dk numerator 2 and dk denominator 96 is 2.31 where F-count > Ftable (8.185 > 2.31) it can be stated that together ( multiple) there is a positive and significant effect of work attitude and career development on the performance of 119 employees.
