Abstract: | ABSTRAK Ayu Wulandari, NPM : 71190312085, Pengaruh Sikap Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Berlian Sari Medan, Dibimbing Oleh : Dr. Supar Wasesa, S.E.,M.M. Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan M.Tahir, S.E.,M.M Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Sikap Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Berlian Sari Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sempel yg didapatkan pada penelitian berjumlah 45 responden yang merupakan pegawai di kantor CV. Berlian Sari Medan sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner dan wawacara mengenai masalah-masalah menyangkut Sikap Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Berlian Sari Medan. teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah regrensi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner diuji dengan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan dilakukan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, heterokedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji R square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama variabel sikap kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. As Advisor I, and M.Tahir, S.E.,M.M As Advisor II, Skripsi : 2023 This study aims to influence work attitudes and motivation on employee performance at CV. Berlian Sari Medan either partially or simultaneously this research uses quantitative methods. The samples obtained in the study amounted to 45 respondents who were employees at the CV. Berlian Sari Medan, the data source for this research uses questionnaires and interviews regarding issues related to work attitudes and motivation on employee performance at CV. Berlian Sari Medan. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done by distributing questionnaires tested with the SPSS 26 application and testing the validity, reliability, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and R square test. The results showed that work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Taken together, the variables of work attitude and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV.
