dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Arjuna Tri Laksono, NPM : 71190312077, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Deli Serdang. Dibimbing oleh : Bapak H. Bahktiar., S.E.,M.Si sebagai pembimbing I, dan Tri Kartika Yudha.,S.E.,M.M sebagai pembimbing II. Skripsi, 2023. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitin adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpina terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Data diukur atau diolah menggunakan SPSS, dengan sampel yang menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 orang pegawai pada Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Deli Serdang. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The formulation of the problem in research is to find out how leadership influences employee performance. How does the influence of communication on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Deli Serdang. The methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Data was measured or processed using SPSS, with a sample using a questionnaire which was distributed to 30 employees at the Deli Serdang Population and Civil Registration Office. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and communication variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
