i ABSTRAK MIRNA WIRANA, NPM : 71190311039, Judul : ANALISIS EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN DANA KELURAHAN DI KELURAHAN TELADAN BARAT KECAMATAN MEDAN KOTA, Dibimbing Oleh : Bapak M.Sahnan,S.E.,M.M Selaku Dosen Pembimbing I dan Bapak Fauzi,S.E.,M.M Selaku Dosen Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Kelurahan di Kelurahan teladan Barat. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan rasio efisiensi dan rasio efektivitas. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Data primer yaitu data atau informasi yang diperoleh langsung dari Kantor Kelurahan Teladan Barat, untuk mendapatkan data konkrit sesuai dengan permasalahan yang sedang diteliti. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Rata – rata tingkat Efisiensi Penggunaan Dana Kelurahan di Kelurahan Teladan Barat dari tahun 2019 – 2022 berada dalam kategori Cukup Efisien. Dalam Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Dana Kelurahan di Teladan Barat terlihat bahwa Penggunaan Dana Kelurahan di Teladan Barat dari tahun 2019 -2022 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah pandemi covid-19. Rata – rata tingkat Efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Kelurahan di Kelurahan Teladan Barat dari tahun 2019 – 2022 berada dalam kategori Efektif. In the Efficiency Analysis of the Use of Village Funds in West Example, it can be seen that the use of Village Funds in West Example from 2019 -2022 has increased and decreased. This is due to several factors, one of which is the Covid-19 pandemic. The average level of Effectiveness in the Use of Village Funds in Teladan Barat Village from 2019 – 2022 is in the Effective category.
