ABSTRAK DHEA PUSPITA SARI MANIK, NPM : 71190311030, Judul : KONTRIBUSI LAPANGAN USAHA INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN DAN LAPANGAN USAHA REAL ESTATE TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) DI KOTA MEDAN, Dibimbing Oleh : Bapak M.Sahnan,S.E.,M.M Selaku Dosen Pembimbing I dan Bapak Azhar Apriandi,S.E.,M.M Selaku Dosen Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran lapangan usaha industri pengolahan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Medan dan bagaimana pengaruh lapangan usaha real estate terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dilihat melalui data PDRB di Kota Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan lapangan usaha industri pengolahan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian di Kota Medan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar serta sejauh mana pengaruh lapangan usaha real estate dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Medan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitan ini adalah Analisis Kuantitatif yang menggunakan Uji Pendekatan Kontribusi, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik dan Uji Hipotesis Korelasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa data time series yang diperoleh dari website Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Medan terkhususnya data Lapangan Usaha Industri Pengolahan dan Lapangan Usaha Real Estate yang di dapat dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasil ini menyatakan bahwa nilai dari F-stat > F-tabel(0,05;2;28) = 2537,023 > 3,34 dan Prob < = 0 < 0,05 sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa X1 (industri pengolahan) dan X2 (real estate) secara serentak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan serta signifikan terhadap Y (PDRB). Dengan nilai kontribusi dari lapangan usaha industri pengolahan sebesar 14,86% dan nilai kontribusi dari lapangan usaha real estate sebesar 12,85%. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the role of the processing industry business field is in increasing economic growth in the city of Medan and to find out how big and to what extent the influence of the real estate business field is in increasing economic growth in the city of Medan. The analysis technique in this research is Quantitative Analysis using Contribution Approach Test, Classical Assumption Test, Statistical Test and Correlation Hypothesis Test. The source of the data used is secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for Medan City, especially data on the Processing Industry Business Field and Real Estate Business Field which are obtained from the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) in Medan City. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, these results state that the value of the F-stat > F-table (0.05;2;28) = 2537.023 > 3.34 and Prob <α = 0 <0.05 so it can be concluded that X1 (manufacturing industry) and X2 (real estate) simultaneously have a significant and significant influence on Y (GRDP). With a contribution value from the processing industry business field of 14.86% and a contribution value from the real estate business field of 12.85%.
