PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENUMBUHKAN JIWA KEPEMIMPINAN PADA SISWA SMA SWASTA IT DAARUL ISTIQLAL KECAMATAN PATUMBAK

iv ABSTRAK Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menumbuhkan Jiwa Kepemimpinan pada Siswa SMA Swasta IT Daarul Istiqlal Kecamatan Patumbak. LIA FARAMITA 71190211018 Pemimpin dan kepemimpinan merupakan dua persoalan keseharian yang saling berkaitan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berorganisasi, berbangsa dan bernegara. Maju dan mundurnya masyarakat, organisasi maupun bangsa dan Negara dipengaruhi oleh para pemimpin dan kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek SMA Swasta IT Daarul Istiqlal Kecamatan Patumbak. Subjek Penelitiannya adalah guru PAI, siswa, dan kepala sekolah. Pengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan siswa di SMA Swasta IT Daarul Istiqlal Kecamatan Patumbak dijelaskan dalam Program School of Leadership yang dilaksanakan sekolah melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar (diskusi kelompok dan fieldstudy), kegiatan ekstrakurikuler SSC (Smoothy Socialaholic Club), Ambalan, dan Bhayangkara Padmanaba), kegatan event (FKGM, FKWS, CKO, Stadium Generale). Sosialisasi School of Leadership dilakukan melalui media cetak, elektronik, media sosial, open house, dansosialisasi langsung ke sekolah. Sarana prasarana dalam pelaksanaan School of Leadership tidak disediakan secara khusus, hanya memaksimalkan yang tersedia. Pembiayaan terkait School of Leadership berasal dari sekolah (tidak dicantumkan dalam APBS secara langsung) dan sponsor yang tidak terikat namun masih terbatas. SDM, sekolah belum memiliki tenaga ahli yang expert dalam bidang kepemimpinan sehingga masih belum mampu mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan dalam pembelajaran maupun kegiatan dengan baik. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach by taking the object of the IT Daarul Istiqlal Private High School in Patumbak District.The research subjects were PAI teachers, students, and school principals.Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that student leadership at IT Daarul Istiqlal Private High School in Patumbak District is explained in the School of Leadership Program implemented by the school through teaching and learning activities (group discussions and field studies), extracurricular activities (SSC (Smoothy Socialaholic Club), Ambalan, and BhayangkaraPadmanaba), event activities (FKGM, FKWS, CKO, Stadium Generale).Socialization of School of Leadership is carried out through print, electronic, social media, open houses, and outreach directly to schools.The infrastructure in implementing the School of Leadership is not specifically provided, it only maximizes what is available.Funding related to School of Leadership comes from schools (not included in the APBS directly) and sponsors who are not bound but are still limited.HR, schools do not yet have experts who are experts in the field of leadership so they are still not able to properly integrate leadership in learning and activities.
