Pengujianiiiihipotesis menggunakaniiianalisis korelasi uji Somers’D. Hasil : Kecemasan dinilai menggunakaniikuesioneriiHamiltoniiAnxietyiiRatingiiScale (HAM-A). Kata kunci : Kecemasan, kualitasiiitidur, mahasiswa kedokteran, HAM-A, PSQIvi ABSTRACT Background: The COVID-19 pandemiciiihasiiiianiiiiimpactiiioniiivariousiiiaspectsiiiofiiilife, oneiiiiofiiiiwhichiiiis the world ofiiieducation, where learningiiithat is usually done faceto-face now has to be online remotely. This causes anxiety, especially for students of theiiiiFacultyiiiofiiiMedicineiiwhoiiiare in theiriifirst year who are just getting to know the lecture period. Anxiety can have an impact on cognitive, psychomotor, and physiological responses, such as difficulty in logical thinking, increased motor activity, agitation and increased vital signs and difficulty sleeping. Purpose : Toiiiiianalyzeiiiiiiiitheiiiiiiirelationshipiiiiiiiibetweeniiiiiiiianxietyiiiiiiandiiiiiiiisleep quality of students during the covid-19 pandemic. Methods : Cross-sectional, with random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using Somers'D test correlation analysis. Results : AnxietyiiiwasiiiiassessediiusingiiitheiiiHamiltoniiiAnxietyiiRatingiiiScale (HAM-A) questionnaire. There were 19 people with mild anxiety (32.2%), moderate anxiety asiiimany as 16 people (27.1%), no anxietyiiiasiiimany as 13 people (22%), severe anxiety as many as 10 people (16.9%), and very heavy as much as 1 person (1.7%). Sleepiiiiiqualityiiiiiiiwasiiiiiiassessediiiiiusing theiiiiiiPittsburghiiiiiiiSleepiiiiiiQuality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The resultsiiiofiiipooriiiiisleepiiiquality were 53 people (89.9%) and good sleep quality were 6 people (10.2%). Based on theiiiresultsiiiof theiiiSomer's D correlation test, theiiicorrelation coefficient was -0.259 and the P value was 0.023 (P<0.05). Conclusion : Thereiiiiisiiia relationship between anxiety and sleep quality for FK UISU studentsiiiduring the covid-19 pandemic. Theiiiistrengthiiiofiiiiitheiiiirelationship is weak with theiiidirection ofiiiitheiiinegativeiiirelationship, which means the higher the level of anxiety, theiiiloweriiitheiiiiqualityiiiiof sleep andiiiotherwise.
