Abstract: | ABSTRAK Nurahim Dwian Suhada,NPM: 71180312193 dengan judul “PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LAZIS MUHAMMADIYAH KOTA MEDAN” dibimbing oleh Dr. Supriadi S.E., M.M., M.Si sebagai ketua komisi pembimbing ,Dr.Nur M Ridha Tarigan S.E., M.M., Ismail Nasution S.E,. M.M,. sebagai anggota komisi pembimbing Skripsi 2022. Rumusan masalah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Lazismu Kota Medan . Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah keadilan organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi serta variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan uji statistika yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa keadilan organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Budaya Organisasi . Berdasarkan uji statistika yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa variable keadilan organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai , maka Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaqdan Shodakoh Muhammadiyah Kota Medan perlu menentukan strategi perencanaan sumber daya manusia melalui keadilan organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Lazismu Kota Medan. Kata kunci :Keadilan Organisasi,Budaya Organisasi, Kinerjaii ABSTRACK Nurahim Dwian Suhada, NPM: 71180312193 with the title "INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF LAZIS MUHAMMADIYAH EMPLOYEES IN MEDAN CITY" supervised by Dr. Supriadi S.E., M.M., M.Si as chairman of the supervisory commission, Dr. Nur M Ridha Tarigan S.E., M.M., Ismail Nasution S.E,. M.M,. as a member of the 2022 Thesis supervising commission. Problem formulation This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and organizational culture on employee performance at Lazismu Medan City. The independent variables in this study are organizational justice and organizational culture and the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with a quantitative approach. Based on statistical tests conducted, it can be seen that organizational justice partially has a significant effect on Organizational Culture. Based on the statistical tests conducted, it can be seen that the variables of organizational justice and organizational culture partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, in improving employee performance, the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodakoh Muhammadiyah Institute of Medan City needs to determine human resource planning strategies through organizational justice and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Lazismu Employees in Medan City.
