dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Erika Naraswari, 71180312207, Pengaruh Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Hamparan Perak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh prilaku kerja inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Hamparan Perak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Hamparan Perak yaitu berjumlah 45 orang dan yang menjadi sampel adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara, angket, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta metode analisis yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinan R2. Hasil uji secara parsial variabel Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Proteindo Tama Cipta Pangan Kecamatan Hamparan, dimana diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 3,178 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,003 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,016 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Secara simultan F hitung = 30,519 > F tabel = 3,21. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh antara Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Proteindo Tama Cipta Pangan Kecamatan Hamparan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,592, artinya presentase Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 59.2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41.8% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Silver Overlay The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of innovative work behavior and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Silver Overlay. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan Kec. Overlay Perak is 45 people and the sample is the entire population. Data collection techniques consisted of interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, namely the validity test and reliability test and the analytical method consisting of the classical assumption test, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and hypothesis testing consisting of t test, F test and R2 determinant coefficient test. The results of the partial test of the Innovative Work Behavior and Work Motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. Proteindo Tama Cipta Pangan, Hamparan District, where it is known that the t-count is 3.178 with a significant level of 0.003 while the t-table is 2.016 with a significant level of 0.05. Simultaneously F count = 30.519 > F table = 3.21. This means that there is an influence between Innovative Work Behavior and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Proteindo Tama Cipta Pangan, Hamparan District. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the R Square value is 0.592, meaning that the percentage of Innovative Work Behavior and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 59.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study.
