PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DESA PALUH KURAU, KECAMATAN HAMPARAN PERAK, KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Rindi Antika Br Damanik, NPM : 71180313037, Judul : Pengaruh Pengelolaan Keuangan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) Terhadap Pencapaian Good Governance Desa Paluh Kurau, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Dibimbing Oleh : Sri Elviani., S.E., M.Si., Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Heny Triastuti KN., S.E., M.Si., Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) terhadap pencapaian good governance di Desa Paluh Kurau, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kepala keluarga dari masyarakat Desa Paluh Kurau yang berjumlah 1.493 kepala keluarga. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin diperoleh 94 sampel dari populasi kepala keluarga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah case processing summary, uji kelayakan model, menilai keseluruhan model, analisis regresi logistik, uji koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas, pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transparansi, dan pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi. This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation management (ADD) on the achievement of good governance in Paluh Kurau Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population used in this study were all heads of families from the community of Paluh Kurau Village, amounting to 1,493 families. The sampling method in this study used a simple random sampling technique with the slovin formula, obtained 94 samples from the population of the heads of families. Data analysis techniques used are case processing summary, model feasibility test, assessing the entire model, logistic regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the management of village fund allocations has a positive and significant effect on accountability, the management of village fund allocations has a positive and significant effect on transparency, and the management of village fund allocations has a positive and significant effect on participation.
