HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK, PERILAKU DAN PSIKIS IBU PUS DENGAN KEJADIAN PANDEMI COVID 19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PASAR MERAH

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang. Prevalensi coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) di seluruh dunia, meningkat pesat, dan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan penyakit COVID-19 sebagai pandemi global. Penyebaran kasus COVID-19 sangat bergantung pada kebijakan yang di tetapkan oleh pemerintah serta kesadaran masyarakat untuk mematuhinya yang diengaruhi oleh psikis dan perilaku masyarakat. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik (umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan), perilaku (sikap dan tindakan) dan psikis (persepsi dan motivasi) ibu PUS dengan kejadian Pandemi Covid 19 Di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Merah, Kecamatan Medan Area, Kota Medan bulan Juni - Agustus Tahun 2022. Metode. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain Cross- Sectional adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional.. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 51 orang yang merupakan ibu pasangan usia subur (PUS) di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Merah Medan menggunakan metode techniquefixed diseasessampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuisioner perilaku dan psikis terkait dengan pandemi covid-19.. Hasil. Mayoritas responden berusia 36 – 49 tahun (58,8%) dengan perguruan tinggi sebanyak 45 orang (88,2%) dan kelompok yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 39 orang (76,5%). Mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan responden pada penelitian ini pada tingkat kurang baik (66,7%). Untuk tingkat sikap berada pada tingkat yang negatif (62,7%). Untuk tingkat tindakan mayoritas berada pada tingkat yang negatif (56,9%). Tingkat persepsi mayoritas berada pada tingkat yang kurang baik (60,8%). Dan tingkat motivasi mayoritas berada pada tingkat yang rendah (64,7%). Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan, Persepsi, dan Motivasi dengan kasus covid-19 di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pasar Merah, Kota Medan Kata kunci : psikis, perilaku, covid-19 viii ix Abstract Background. The spread of COVID-19 cases is very dependent on the policies set by the government and public awareness to comply, which is influenced by the psychology and behavior of the community. Purpose. This study aims to determine the relationship between characteristics (age, education and occupation), behavior (attitudes and actions) and psychology (perceptions and motivations) of EFA mothers with the occurrence of the Covid 19 Pandemic in the working area of Pasar Merah Health Center, Medan Area District, Medan City in June - August 2022. Method This type of research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this research is 51 people who are mothers of fertile couples (PUS) in the working area of Pasar Merah Medan Health Center using the technique-fixed diseases sampling method. The data in this study were obtained through behavioral and psychological questionnaires related to the covid-19 pandemic.. Results. The majority of respondents aged 36 – 49 years (58.8%) with tertiary institutions as many as 45 people (88.2%) and the group who did not work as many as 39 people (76.5%). The majority of respondents' knowledge level in this study was at a poor level (66.7%). The attitude level is at a negative level (62.7%). For the level of action, the majority is at a negative level (56.9%). The perception level of the majority is at a poor level (60.8%). And the motivation level of the majority is at a low level (64.7%). Conclusion There is a significant relationship between age, knowledge, attitudes, actions, perceptions, and motivations with the Covid-19 case in the Pasar Merah Health Center, Medan City.
