Abstract: RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Jln. Karya Wisata, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara Ketinggian tempat ±25 mdpl, dengan Topografi datar dengan jenis tanah ordo inceptisol. Penelitian ini dimulai pada Bulan Februari 2023 sampai dengan April 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian eco fotosintesa dan pupuk kandang ayan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu : eco fotosintesa dan pupuk kandang ayam. Faktor pertama pemberian eco fotosintesa yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, (P), yaitu P0 = Kontrol, P1 = 10 ml/1 Liter air/Plot, P2 = 15 ml/Liter air/Plot, P3 = 20 ml/Liter air/Plot. Faktor kedua pemberian pupuk kandang ayam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu : A0 = kontrol, A1 = 10 Ton/ha (1 kg/plot), A2 = 15 Ton/ha (1,5 kg/plot). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), diameter batang (mm), bobot berklobot pertanaman sampel (gr), bobot berklobot perplot (kg), bobot tanpa berklobot pertanaman sampel (gr), bobot tanpa berklobot perplot (kg). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian eco fotosintesa berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis pada semua variabel pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman,bobot berklobot perplot pada taraf P2 (15 ml/liter air/plot). Berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun,diameter batang,bobot berklobot pertanaman sampel, bobot tanpa berklobot pertanaman,bobot tanpa berklobot perplot P3 (20 ml/liter air/plot). Pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis pada semua variable pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman 2 mst pada taraf A2 (15 ton/ha 1,5 kg/plot). Kata kunci : Eco fotosintesa dan pupuk kandang ayam, Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Jagung Manis. SUMMARY This research was carried out in the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture North Sumatra Islamic University, Jln. Tourism Work, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province Altitude ± 25 masl, with The topography is flat with soil types of the Inceptisol order. This research started on February 2023 to April 2023. This study aims to determine the effect of eco photosynthesis and ayan manure on plant growth and production sweet corn. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely: eco photosynthesis and chicken manure. The first factor is the provision of eco photosynthesis which consists of 4 levels, (P), namely P0 = Control, P1 = 10 ml/1 Liter of water/Plot, P2 = 15 ml/Liter of water/Plot, P3 = 20 ml/Liter of water/Plot . The second factor was the application of chicken manure which consisted of 3 levels, namely: A0 = control, A1 = 10 tonnes/ha (1 kg/plot), A2 = 15 tonnes/ha (1.5 kg/plot). Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (mm), weight of clustered sample plantings (gr), weighted without husks per plot (kg), weight without husks of sample plantings (gr), weight without husks per plot (kg). The results showed that the administration of eco photosynthesis had a significant effect on the growth and production of sweet corn plants on all observation variables, namely plant height, husk weight per plot at the P2 level (15 ml/liter of water/plot). Significantly affected the number of leaves, stem diameter, clustered weight of sample plantings, weight without husked plantings, weight without husked per plot P3 (20 ml/liter of water/plot). Chicken manure has a significant effect on the growth and production of peanut plants in all observational variables, namely plant height at level A2 (15 tonnes/ha 1.5 kg/plot).
