Abstract: RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilaksankan di DI Sei Sibarau Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian bertujuan Untuk menentukan nilai indeks kinerja saluran irigasi pada DI Sei Sibarau dan untuk menilai sub komponen dari delapan komponen utama yang belum berfungsi secara optimal. Penelitian ini berupa survey kondisi bendung dan bendungan irigasi di lapangan yang diproleh dengan berdasarkan wawancara di lapangan Daerah Irigasi (DI) Sei Sibarau Serdang Bedagai Sumatera Utara. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari buku Data Daerah Irigasi, diperoleh dari Dinas Pengairan, Energi dan SDM Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Skema Bangunan dan Jaringan irigasi, diperoleh dari Dinas Pengairan, Energi dan SDM Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Data debit tersedia dan debit butuhan, diperoleh dari Dinas Pengairan, energi dan SDM Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Data luas tanam dan produktifitas tanam padi, diproleh dari dinas pengairan, Energi dan SDM Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Susunan Organisasi Pelaksana (OP) jaringan irigasi diproleh dari dinas pengairan energi dan SDM Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Data P3A/GP3A (status badan hukum, kondisi perkembangan P3A/GP3A. Penelusuran Jaringan Ingasi Dacrah Irigasi (DI) Sei Sibarau Wawancara (Dinas Pengairan dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral & P3A). Penilaian Kinerja Sistem Irigasi DI Sei Sibarau menggunakan 7 aspek indikator dari ketujuh aspek tersebut Sistem Irigasi DI Sei Sibarau diperoleh kinerja kurang dan perlu perhatian khusus dengan nilai 62,83%. Pada 7 aspek indikator penilaian yang paling banyak berkontribusi dalam penilaian yaitu komponen organisasi personalia dengan nilai kondisi eksisting 11,23% dan yang paling kurang berkontribusi yaitu komponen sarana penunjang dengan nilai kondisi eksisting 1,96%. Kata Kunci : Indeks Kinerja, DI Sei SibarauSUMMARY This research was conducted in DI Sei Sibarau, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study aims to determine the value of the irrigation canal performance index in DI Sei Sibarau and to assess the sub-components of the eight main components that have not functioned optimally. This research is in the form of a survey of the condition of weirs and irrigation dams in the field which were obtained based on interviews in the Irrigation Area (DI) Sei Sibarau Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. Data collection is sourced from the Irrigation Regional Data book, obtained from the Department of Irrigation, Energy and Human Resources of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Scheme of Buildings and Irrigation Networks, obtained from the Office of Irrigation, Energy and Human Resources of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The available discharge data and demand discharge data were obtained from the Department of Water, Energy and Human Resources of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Data on planted area and productivity of rice cultivation were obtained from the Department of Irrigation, Energy and Human Resources of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The structure of the Implementing Organization (OP) for the irrigation network was obtained from the Department of Irrigation, Energy and Human Resources, Serdang Bedagai Regency. P3A/GP3A data (status of legal entities, developmental conditions of WUA/GP3A. Investigation of the Sei Sibaro Irrigation Ingasi Network (DI) Interview (Department of Water and Energy, Mineral Resources & WUA). The Sei Sibarau DI Irrigation System Performance Assessment uses 7 aspects of indicators from the seven aspects, the Sei Sibarau DI Irrigation System has poor performance and needs special attention with a score of 62,83%. In 7 aspects of the assessment indicators that contributed the most to the assessment, namely the organizational component of O&M - personnel with an existing condition value of 11,23% and the least contributing component, namely the supporting facilities component with an existing condition value of 1,96%.
