Abstract: ABSTRAK Willy Febrisandi NPM:71190320170, Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kerja, Skill Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan (BALITBANG) Provinsi Sumatera Utara , Dibimbing oleh : Dr.Dra.Hj Nilawati Nasti .S.E.,M.M sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Syafrizal.S.E.,M.M sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kerja, Skill Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan(BALITBANG) Provinsi Sumatera Utara . Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang pegawai di BALITBANG Prov.Sumatera Utara dan begitu juga sampel nya berjumlah 53 orang pegawai.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawab oleh para pegawai di kantor BALITBANG Prov.Sumatera Utara. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dengan menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Prov.Sumatera Utara.dan Variabel Skill kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Prov.Sumatera Utara.dan Variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kerja , skill kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Prov.Sumatera Utara. diketahui nilai Fhitung> Ftabel (9.029 > 3.18) dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kerja , skill kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di BALITBANG Prov.Sumatera Utara. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study totaled 53 employees at Balitbang North Sumatra Province and so did the sample numbering 53 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a set of written statements to the respondents. to be answered by employees at the Balitbang office in North Sumatra Province. The analytical tool used is factor analysis using IBM SPSS Version 25.0. The results showed that the Education and Job Training Variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Research and Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. and the Work Skills Variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Research and Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. and job training, work skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Research and Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. it is known that the value of Fcount> Ftable (9.029> 3.18) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the variables of Education and Job Training, work skills simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BALITBANG North Sumatra Province.
