Abstract: PENGARUH MODEL COURSE REVIEW HORAY BANTUAN MEDIA POWER POINT TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS ANEKDOT SISWA KELAS X SMA NURUL AMALIYAH TANJUNG MORAWA EWI LAILI NPM : 7115050002 Email : ewilaily@gmail.com Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Model Course Review Horay Bantuan Media Power Point Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot Siswa Kelas X SMA Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Populasi pada kelas Eksperimen menggunakan Model Course Review Horay Bantuan Media Power Point adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Sedangkan pada kelas pembanding (Kontrol) yaitu menggunakan Model Snowball Throwing Bantuan Media Power Point adalah siswa kelas X IPA 3 yang berjumlah 33 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tipe Two Group design, yakni penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua kelas sebagai sampel. Instrument yang diberikan kepada siswa berbentuk tes Esai sebanyak 1 soal. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Pengaruh Model Course Review Horay Bantuan Media Power Point Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot diperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) hasil belajar siswa pada Pos-test yaitu 87.5 dengan Standar Deviasi 9,09. Sedangkan pada Model Snowball Throwing Bantuan Media Power Point terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot diperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) hasil belajar siswa pada Pos-test yaitu 68,63 dengan Standar Deviasi 6,77. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa data distribusi normal dan homogen. Jika harga thitung dibanding dengan harga ttabel ternyata thitung> ttabel ( 9,16>2,06). Dapat di nyatakan hipotesis nilai (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis Ha diterima. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bukti empirik bahwa prestasi belajar siswa yang diterapkan dengan Model Course Review Horay Bantuan Media Power Point Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot Siswa Kelas X SMA Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020 lebih signifikan dibanding menggunakan Model Snowball Throwing. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot Dengan Model Course Review Horay Bantuan Media Power Point ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF COURSE REVIEW HORAY MODEL POWER POINT MEDIA ASSISTENCE ON THE ABILITY TO WRITE SNECDOTAL TEXTS IN CLASS X HIGH SCHOOL NURUL AMALIYAH TANJUNG MORAWA EWI LAILI NPM : 7115050002 Email : ewilaily@gmail.com This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Course Review Horay Model of Power Point Media Assistance on the Ability to Write Anecdotal Texts in Class X High School Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa Know 2019/2020 Learning.The population in the Experiment class using Model Course Review Horay for Power Point Media Assistance was 36 students of Class X Science 1. Whereas in the comparison class (Control) using the Snowball Throwing Model of Power Point Media Assistance, there were 33 students in Class X Science 3. The method used in this research is the Two Group design type method, i.e. this study was conducted using two classes as samples. The instrument given to students in the form of essay tests was 1 question. The results of the study prove that the effect of the Course Review Horay Model of Power Point Media Assistance on the Ability to Write Anecdotal Texts obtained the average value (mean) of student learning outcomes in the Post-test is 87.5 with a standard deviation of 9.09. Whereas in the Snowball Throwing Model for Power Point Media Assistance on Anecdotal Text Writing Ability, the mean value of student learning outcomes in the Post-test was 68.63 with a standard deviation of 6.77. The results of data analysis prove that the data distribution is normal and homogeneous. If the price of t arithmetic compared with the price of ttable turns out titung> ttable (9.16> 2.06). It can be stated that the value hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the hypothesis Ha is accepted. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is obtained empirical evidence that student learning achievement that is applied with the Course Review Horay Model of Power Point Media Assistance on Anecdotal Text Writing Ability is more significant than using the Snowball Throwing Model.
