dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This study deals with an analysis of Moral Value in Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. This study uses the theory of moral value proposed by Sjarkawi (2003), and the theory of Thomas Lickona (2013) for the types of moral value. This study finds out the types of moral value like, moral feeling, moral knowing and moral action. This study used descriptive qualitative method proposed by Sukmadinata (2006) because it was done to determine the values of the independent variable. The method applied is to describe the types of moral value through the story of the novel. The results of this study show that the protagonist’s struggle in this novel choose to maintain several points of moral values in their life, such as moral feeling, moral knowing and moral action.
