Abstract: | Abstract Crime simply refers to any action that is not approved by a community or an intentional act or negligence violating written or oral criminal law. Crime has also the meaning of a behavior prohibited by the state causing detrimental effect. As crime becomes the focus of the analysis and is related to attitude, the study in a whole is done by psychology of literature approach to understand and reveal the psychological aspects of the characters involved in crime in a novel Lelaki Harimau by Eka Kurniawan. The novel discusses a lot of social matters, especially domestic violence, which has become hot issues at the present time as women are mostly victimized. The grand theory used is the psychological theory of criminology, supported by theories and concepts of crime, biological theory, theory of psychogenesis, sociogenic theory and deliquency subcultural theory, the cores of which are low self-control abilities, tending to be brave with a strong dominance, extravert, assertive, driven to fulfill very high physical needs. Crime has existed along with human life and becomes social phenomena and the correct method used is descriptive qualitative method, a method that is commonly used to reveal social problems and community pictures in descriptive ways. The research results show that there are three forms of crime: domestic violence, sexual harassment and raping. Domestic violence happens in a family and the victims are the wife and the children; sexual harassment inside and outside of a family and raping is faced by the wife.
