As Supervisor II, Thesis: 2024 This research is entitled The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at polres Pelabuhan belawan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at polres Pelabuhan belawan, how the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees at polres Pelabuhan belawan, How does work discipline and work environment affect employee performance at polres Pelabuhan belawan. This study aims to find out how work discipline and work environment affect employee performance at polres Pelabuhan belawan. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, questionnaire distribution, observation and documentation studies. The sample in this study is 76 employees. Variables are measured with the Likert Scale. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and the t test. The results of the simultaneous test showed that work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at polres Pelabuhan belawan. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at polres Pelabuhan belawan and partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at polres Pelabuhan belawan.
