HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK DEMOGRAFI DENGAN KECENDERUNGAN IDE BUNUH DIRI PADA PASIEN PENDERITA SKIZOFRENIA DI RSJ. PROF.DR.M.ILDREM MEDAN TAHUN 2016

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Ide bunuh diri adalah pikiran untuk membunuh diri sendiri tapi tidak melakukan bunuh diri. Ide bunuh diri muncul pada keadaan darurat psikiatri karena individu berada dalam keadaan stres yang tinggi dan menggunakan mekanisme penyesuaian diri yang salah. Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui ide bunuh diri pada pasien penderita skizofrenia di Rsj. Prof. Dr. M. Ildrem Medan. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat analitik - deskriptif. Studi dilakukan di Rsj Prof. Dr. M. Ildrem Medan. Data didapatkan dari Beck Scale For Suicidal Ideation dan populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pasien skizofrenia rawat jalan yang memiliki ide bunuh diri pada pasien penderita skizofrenia di Rsj prof.dr.M.Ildrem Medan. Hasil Penelitian : Dari hasil penelitian, pada kelompok usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (48%) sering terjadi pada Perempuan sebanyak 35 orang (68,6%), yang mana jumlah penderita yang tidak bekerja lebih banyak, yaitu sebanyak 28 orang (57,1%) yang paling sering terkena pasien yang tidak menikah sebanyak 32 orang (68,6%), dan tamatan SMA lah yang paling banyak sebanyak 22 orang (42,9%). Kata Kunci : Ide Bunuh Diri, Skizofrenia, Usia, Jenis Kelamin, Pekerjaan, Pernikahan, Pendidikan dan Risiko.

ABSTRACT Background: The idea of suicide is the thought of killing oneself but not committing suicide. The idea of suicide arises in psychiatric emergencies because the individual is in a state of high stress and uses the wrong adjustment mechanism. Objective: this study was to determine the idea of suicide in patients with schizophrenia at Rsj prof.dr.M.Ildrem Medan. Method: This research is analytic - descriptive. The study was conducted at Prof. RS. Dr. M. Ildrem Medan. Data were obtained from Beck Scale For Suicidal Ideation and the study population, namely all outpatient schizophrenia patients who have suicidal ideation in patients with schizophrenia at Rsj prof.dr.M.Ildrem Medan. Research Results: From the results of the study, in the age group of 20-35 years as many as 24 people (48%) often occur in women as many as 35 people (68.6%), where the number of patients who do not work more, as many as 28 people ( 57.1%) the most frequently affected by unmarried patients were 32 people (68.6%), and high school graduates were the most as many as 22 people (42.9%).
